Noel is seen suffering from extreme pain for ailments he had. Housemates suggest him to take a call and do whatever seems befitting his health condition.

Abhi and Noel discuss Monal's walk and compares it with a camel. 

Captaincy task starts, and it's different this time.

Only women in the house get the chance to become captain this time. 

Every time a key is placed and men in the house had to grab the key and give a lady of their choice the key.

The lady plucks an apple with a lady contestant's picture on it. As all the apples are plucked one after the other, the only contestant whose picture is there on the only apple left would become the captain.

Akhil gets the key for the first time. He gives it to Monal, and he plucks Harika's apple. She gives the explanation as she has the maximum support in the house.

Mehboob gets the key next time, and he gives it to Ariyana. Ariyana plucks Lasya apple. Finally, Amma gets the key and he too gives it to Ariyana and Ariyana plucks Monal's apple. 

Ariyana to appease Amma nominates Monal as a ration manager which irks Amma who feels it was a wrong move from Ariyana.

A controversy brews between Monal, Ariyana, and Avinash over food items.

Noel gets a thorough health check and is advised to leave the house. With tears and emotions running high Noel leaves the house.
