Bhumi Pednekar Joins Hands With A Climate Warrior

B-Town beauty Bhumi Pednekar whose recent digital release 'Durgamati' received a mixed response from the audience has now stole the attention with her step towards environmental changes. Bhumi Pednekar being an environmentally conscious citizen has taken up a challenge to raise climate conservation awareness among her fans. The 'Sonchiriya' actress is all praises for the initiative called Climate Warrior and urged everyone to contribute towards protecting the environment. Bhumi joined hands with a climate warrior Anirudh Sharma who is known for turning pollution into usable ink and reduce the carbon footprint.

While talking about him, "Anirudh Sharma is a climate warrior and also the co-creator of Air-Ink (Graviky). He invented a device that turns pollution into ink and it reduces your carbon footprint while you ride. He has some amazing ideas with Air-Ink,” said Bhumi Pednekar. When Graviky started an MIT Media Lab experiment to capture soot from a burning candle, Anirudh invented a device that captured the pollution from the air and changed it into water-based ink. He also upcycles air pollution into paints, coatings, plastics, and other construction materials. As of now, Anirudh along with his team is busy trying to change industrial production into packaging, apparel printing, etc.
