The sincere police officer gets transferred 22 times in five years. They shunt him out of the state and to Mumbai. Vijay Khanna gets cracking when a deputy collector is set ablaze while he is capturing the illegal activities of the oil mafia on his mobile phone. Mala who is visitng from New York for a friend’s wedding is an eye witness to the murder. Vijay makes her the prime wittness and makes arrangements for her to stay with him in his own house.
