Four orphan kids witness child trafficking crime when they pass by a railway track. When the criminals see them, they flee from there and decide to end their lives. They feel its better to kill themselves than die ruthlessly in the hands of those men. When they are about to be killed, they see a child crying and notice that he is badly wounded. They take him to the nearest hospital and decide to adopt him. The doctor in the hospital empathizes with the kids and raises them as his own. The baby is named Ram (Ram Charan tej) and he grows up to be a brave and handsome man. He lives along with his four brothers, sister-in Laws and their children. His eldest brother Bhuvan Kumar (Prashant) is an election commissioner and does his work sincerely. Everything runs smoothly for the perfect family. However, when a Bihar gang targets his family because of Bhuvan's sincerity, Ram decides to save his people at any cost. He stands as a shield to protect his loved ones. The movie then narrates why the Bihar gang is behind Ram and how he manages to keep them away from his dear ones. It displays the strength of a family and how a man can go to any lengths to protect what he treasures.
