Venky (Venkatesh) is an orphan and works as an assistant for a politician (Raghu Babu). Through a marriage bureau, he gets a match - Harika (Tamannah). Seeing that Venky is an orphan and she has no in-laws to deal with, Harika instantly says yes to the marriage. Even Venky is smitten by Harika's looks and charm. The wedding takes place lavishly and their marital life is great in the beginning. But slowly, married life takes a toll on Venky and Harika starts to torment him with her behavior, giving rise to several comic instances. To make the situation worse, Honey (Mehreen Pirzada), Harika's sister shows up at the house to live with them. One day, Venky catches Honey with her boyfriend, Varun (Varuntej), and decides to prove to Harika's family that Honey is romantically involved with a guy. And if he succeeds in doing this, they have to be his slaves for the rest of their lives. Though Venky manages to catch Honey and Varun red-handed, the family lies and says they already knew about them. They agree to get Varun and Honey married. Varun is too happy that he is finally marrying the girl he loves and pays no heed to Venky's warnings of not getting married. Slowly, even Varun starts to notice the challenges that the married life will bring in. They escape the country with their neighbor Prasad (Rajendra Prasad), in search of freedom and peace. Though the girls are heartbroken, they quickly bounce back and move on. Several funny scenes unfold when the men learn that their ladies have decided to remarry. Then the movie is all about how Varun and Venky realize their better half's importance, the divinity of marriage and what they'll do to win them back.
