Veer Singh, a poor farmer's son, and Rajeshwar Singh, the son of a rich landlord, grow up as inseparable friends who call each other Veeru and Raju. A broken marriage plan and a family tragedy turn their bond into a deep hatred. The two men split the land between them, and anyone who steps into the other side's territory risks their life.
Decades later, Veer's grandson Vasu and Rajeshwar's granddaughter Radha meet and fall in love, not knowing about the old feud. Mandhari, a lame beggar who has watched the rivalry for years, wants to bring peace. But Chuniya, a relative of Rajeshwar, gains from keeping the two sides at war.
