He mainly works in Telugu and Tamil film Industries. Yuvan Shankar Raja is youngest son of eminent music Maestro Ilaiyaraaja. He started his music career in the year 1996, when he was at the age of 16, he scored music for Tamil film "Aravindhan". He worked in more than 100 films. He has awarded two FilmFare Awards and various awards for Best Music.
