Manoj Manchu is an actor in Telugu cinema, also credited as Manchu Manoj Kumar, whose screen journey began when he was a child. He is best known for Bindaas, Vedam and Potugadu, and his biggest honour is the state Nandi Special Jury Award, which he won for his performance in Bindaas. His first appearance came as a child artist in Major Chandrakanth (1993), followed by Punya Bhoomi Naa Desam (1995). He moved into leading roles with Donga Dongadi (2004), then acted in Sri (2005), Raju Bhai (2007), Nenu Meeku Telusa (2008) and Prayanam (2009). His breakthrough came in 2010 with Bindaas, a box-office success, and in the same year he starred in Vedam. Later he appeared in MR Nookayya (2012), Potugadu (2013), Pandavulu Pandavulu Thummeda (2014) and Current Theega (2014). Gunturodu (2017), Okkadu Migiladu (2017) and Operation 2019 (2018) came next. His later work includes Ustaad (2023), Mirai (2024), Bhairavam (2025) and Dada (2026). Manoj Manchu has worked in Telugu films from 1993 to 2026, moving from child roles to lead parts. His work in Bindaas brought him the Nandi Special Jury Award, the honour that marks his standing among Telugu actors.
