Childhood pranksters meet each other after twelve years and fall in love Karthik (Sumanth Ashwin) and Nidhi (Rhea Chakraborty) constantly play pranks on each other until Nidhi goes abroad to study. After twelve years, when she returns, they meet again and fall in love. However, Nidhi's parents fix up her wedding with someone else.

Pournami (Trisha) and Chandrakala (Charmme) are sisters who are trained for a ceremonial dance. But Pournami mysteriously disappears before the ceremony. Siva Kesava (Prabhas) arrives in town and offers to teach Chandrakala to dance. Meanwhile an evil landlord makes plans for Chandrakala. Where is Pournami? Who is Siva Kesava?
