Arjun Janya is one of the noted music composers and singers in Sandalwood. He is known for movies like 'Birugali', 'Kempegowda', 'Victory', 'Vajrakaya' etc.  Arjun Janya was born on May 13th 1980 in Bangalore. His birth name is Lokesh Kumar. He has always been interested in music and is a good guitar and keyboard player as well. Arjun started his career by assisting noted music composers like V Manohar, K Kalyan etc. He worked as a keyboard player for around 30 movies. He first marked his debut as a music director with 2006 released 'Autograph Please' movie starring Sanjana and Dilipraj. Later, he composed music for various movies but he first received his breakthrough with 'Birugali' movie in 2009. All the songs from the movie and the BGM got hugely appreciated.  Arjun received his biggest breakthrough with Sudeep's 'Kempegowda' movie during this time. He changed his name from Arjun to Arjun Janya. Interestingly, after changing his name, he received so many offers and got extremely busy with back-to-back movie offers. He scored music for so many super hit movies like 'Lucky', 'Bajrangi', 'Alemari', 'Dilwala' 'Barfi', 'Victory', 'Varadanayaka', 'Simhadri', 'Tirupati Express', 'Adhyaksha', 'Mukunda Murari', 'Jigarthanda', 'Ayogya' etc. Arjun Janya marked his hundred film with 99 movie.  Arjun also crooned a bunch of songs like 'Belagageddu coffee' from Romeo from Varadanayaka Gowramma Baramma from 'Lucky'.
