Asha Bhat is a model, actor, and beauty pageant titleholder from Karnataka. She is an upcoming actress who acted in movies like 'Junglee' and 'Roberrt'. Asha Bhat was born on 5th September 1992 in Badravathi, Shimoga district of Karnataka. She hails from a Brahmin family and is the younger daughter of Subramanya and Shyamala Bhat. Both her parents belong to the medical field and work as laboratory technicians.  Asha Bhat has an elder sister Dr. Akshata who is a pediatrician. Asha completed her schooling in Bhadravathi at St Charles School and pursued her Pre University education at Alvas Pre University College in Moodbidri. She also got selected to participate in the Republic Day Camp.  Asha Bhat was a member of the National Cadet Corps delegation from SAARC Nations and also visited Sri Lanka Military Academy and won all-rounder award in the year 2009. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from RV College of Engineering in Bangalore.  Asha Bhat who started her career as a model participated in Miss Diva pageant organized by The Times Group and won miss india Supranational title in 2014. Asha won three special awards including Miss Congeniality, Miss Beautiful Smile, and Miss Fascinating at Miss Diva in 2014. Asha also represented India at Miss Supranational 2014 held in Krynica-Zdrój in Poland and became the winner of the grand finale and won a special Award for Best in talent at the pageant. In just one year, she visited Thailand, Myanmar, Hungary, Mauritius, China, Poland, and India.  In 2014, Asha paved her way into acting. She marked her acting debut with a Hindi movie 'Junglee' starring Vidyut Jamwal and Pooja Sawant. She recently played the female lead in a Kannada movie 'Robertt' starring Ravi Kishan. Asha made her Kannada debut with this movie which also got released in Telugu with the same title.
