It's a well-known fact that Vignesh Shivan, the noted Tamil filmmaker and husband of the popular actress Nayanthara, is an ardent fan of Indian cricket star MS Dhoni. Vignesh delighted his Instagram followers today by sharing a photograph featuring himself working alongside Dhoni.

In his Instagram post, Vignesh expressed his excitement, saying, "I did what I love the most—directing and saying 'Action' for my Idol! A Star I admire beyond words and a role model I truly look up to! #CaptainCool @mahi7781 (sic)." He went on to reveal that this photograph was taken during the shooting of a TV commercial for G Square Housing, a prominent real estate company in Tamil Nadu.

Back in July of this year, a video of Dhoni signing Vignesh Shivan's t-shirt went viral on social media. On the professional front, Vignesh is set to direct Pradeep Ranganathan, the hero of the iconic film "Love Today," in his upcoming project.
