Sukumar's Daughter Sukriti Veni Bandreddi Receives The Prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award!

Sukumar's talented daughter, Sukriti Veni Bandreddi, was honored with the prestigious Dadasaheb Phalke Award for Best Child Artist. She received the award for her exceptional performance in the thought-provoking film 'Gandhi Thatha Chettu,' where she played the lead role. The award was presented to her at a ceremony in New Delhi on Tuesday.

Currently in Grade 8 at the International School of Hyderabad, Sukriti has already made a mark in the film industry. 'Gandhi Thatha Chettu' has been recognized at various international film festivals, with Sukriti winning awards in the Best Debutante Child Artist category at the Dubai International Film Festival and the Indian Film International Festival.

The movie scooped up top awards at prestigious film festivals like the Noida International Film Festival, New Delhi Film Festival, Jaipur International Film Festival, and the Indian World Film Festival. The creators are thrilled that Sukriti has received so much recognition.
