Saif Ali Khan's long schedule for ‘Vikram Vedha’ shoot in Lucknow

Saif Ali Khan recently commenced the shoot of ‘Vikram Vedha’ in Lucknow and he has been on a long extensive schedule. Pushkar-Gayathri, the duo who directed the original, is calling the shots for this remake as well and Saif is putting in some serious effort for his cop act. A source revealed, “This week, Saif Ali Khan kicked off his schedule for ‘Vikram Vedha’ in Lucknow. Playing the role of an encounter cop in the film, Saif has been hard at work with his tough shooting schedule!"

With ‘Vikram Vedha’ remake, the actor promises to surprise the audience with a thriller act. This film is a remake of a Tamil hit and will capture Saif trying the role of a cop (Vikram) who is set on to nab a gangster (Vedha), played by Hrithik Roshan. Vedha then narrates stories to the cop, which changes his insight of good and bad. Saif and Hrithik will step into Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi’s shoes for this remake.

Apart from ‘Vikram Vedha’, Saif Ali Khan will also be seen essaying an impactful character in ‘Adipurush’. He has undergone an immense physical transformation for this Om Raut directorial, wherein he plays the role of Lankesh. ‘Adipurush’ features Prabhas and Kriti Sanon in the lead characters alongside Saif.
