Rajendra Prasad And Archana To Reunite After 37 Years In New Film 'Shastipoorthi'

Renowned comedian and veteran actor, Nata Kireeti Dr. Rajendra Prasad, who has delivered numerous memorable performances throughout his career, starred in the blockbuster movie Ladies Tailor, directed by Vamshi, alongside leading lady Archana.

In exciting news, the dynamic duo is set to reunite on-screen after 37 years for a new film titled Shastipoorthi, produced by MAA AAI Productions and featuring Rupesh Kumar Chaudhary and Akanksha Singh in additional lead roles. The film, directed by Pravan Prabha, commenced with a pooja ceremony at the esteemed Isaigyani Ilayaraja Studios in Chennai, with the legendary music director himself operating the camera and renowned producer RB Chaudhary of Super Good Films initiating the shoot.

Expressing his joy at the opportunity to work alongside stalwarts like Rajendra Prasad and Ilayaraja, hero, and producer Rupesh Kumar Chaudhary shared that the new-age family drama will feature four songs and commence principal photography this month, with a planned release date in July.
