The Kannada film "Kantara," featuring Rishab Shetty, has shattered existing records in Karnataka. Rishab, not only the lead actor but also the director of this rustic action drama, announced during the 100 days event that he is actively working on the script for the film's prequel.

In a significant update on the prequel, "Kantara Chapter 1," the much-anticipated first-look poster is set to be unveiled on November 27 at 12:25 PM. The announcement poster carries the intriguing caption, "It's just not light. It is a darshana." Excitingly, "Kantara Chapter 1" is slated for release in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, and English languages.

Promising a grander scale than its predecessor, "Kantara Chapter 1" will be produced by Vijay Kiragandur under Hombale Films. The movie is scheduled to start filming soon, and details about the cast may accompany the release of the first-look poster. With the tremendous hype surrounding it, "Kantara Chapter 1" is poised for a massive opening at the box office.
