Karthi's Sulthan To Make A Tough Fight With Nagarjuna's Wild Dog At The Box Office!

Karthi's "Sulthan" and Nagarjuna's "Wild Dog" will be releasing on the same date that is the 2nd of April, and nothing but a chaos of excitement is expected!

The day has come where on-screen brothers Karthi and Nagarjuna who appeared together in Oopiri, clash with each other with their individual movies at the box office. Karthi's "Sulthan" and Nagarjuna's "Wild Dog" will be releasing on the same date that is the 2nd of April, and nothing but a chaos of excitement is expected! The pre-release event of "Sulthan" was organized on 24 March 2021 at Sathyam Cinemas in Chennai. Vamsi Paidipally attended as a special guest along with Rashmika Mandanna who wanted to show her support to Karthi.

During the event, Karthi expressed his emotions and gratitude. He expressed, “We didn’t have any chance other than releasing Sulthan on April 2nd, because of elections in Tamil Nadu. Firstly, I wholeheartedly thank Nagarjuna for his wishes for my film and also for understanding our situation. I pray to god that Wild Dog will become a big hit. Nagarjuna is a big inspiration to me. I did Oopiri as I loved Vamsi’s story and also because I can get time to spend with him.

Bakkiyaraj Kannan dedicated 2 years on scripting. He worked really hard for the film. Sulthan has all the elements in right proportions. Mahabharatham story is flopped. It’s about what happens if Krishna lends his support to Kauravas. My entire family has watched and they loved it. Rashmika has done a beautiful job. She played a village girl.”
