In an era dominated by high-budget sequels and franchise films featuring top stars and renowned production houses, the low-budget horror thriller "Maa Oori Polimera 2," a sequel to the well-received 2021 horror thriller "Maa Oori Polimera 1," is making waves. The recent launch of "Maa Oori Polimera 2's" trailer generated immense excitement, particularly among fans of the first instalment.

Remarkably, the trailer for "Maa Oori Polimera 2" has propelled its predecessor, "Maa Oori Polimera 1," to become the second most-watched Indian movie on Disney Plus Hotstar for the week. It appears that the trailer's intrigue has led audiences to revisit the original or explore it for the first time in anticipation of the sequel's release.

Directed by Dr. Anil Vishwanath, "Maa Oori Polimera 2" features an ensemble cast, including Satyam Rajesh, Dr. Kamakshi Bhaskarla, Getup Srinu, Chitram Sreenu, Rakendu Mouli, Baladitya, Sahitya Dasari, and Ravi Varma in prominent roles.
