The day 12 Bigg Boss Telugu 4 episode on September 18th began with the BB comedy show. The show’s winner was Team Avinash but Amma Rajasekhar was disappointed and was not happy with this decision. He felt that the decision was not fair as his side was better with performances, duration and properties.  

Noel received the blame for the judgment. However, in the end, two teams were all smiles after receiving a juice bottle. 

The day 12 BB4 Telugu show saw misunderstandings between Devi, Amma Rajasekhar and Lasya. Devi accused Amma Rajasekhar of shunning her. Lasya tried to comfort her but she walked away. Following this, Lasya complains Devi is not valuing her by evading talks with her when she is trying to solve the issue. Upon this, Devi proclaims that something is incorrect following the task of nomination. 

Bigg Boss punished Abhijeet, Akhil, Monal, Harika and Noel by instructing them to learn Telugu from Sujatha and also write an imposition on the board apologising to him. 

The house members did 20 sit-ups on each buzzer assuring to be on time. Lasya sacrificed 1 personal item upon each buzzer. 

Noel got angry on Bigg Bos and asked an apology from him. He said that he wishes to go away from the Bigg Boos show on the Saturday episode. 

The housemates were asked to propose 4 best players in the BB TV tasks and Kalyani, Mehaboob, Noel and Abhijeet were named. These 4 also competed for the house captaincy and Noel was chosen as the house captain.  

Differences between Kalyani, Devi and Amma Rajasekhar popped up again when Noel tried reassigning the kitchen works.  

Monal received apologies from Avinash after she expressed her unhappiness over his frequent imitation of her before the housemates.
