The September 17th episode of Bigg Boss Telugu 4 day 11 begins with Harika asking Sujatha to name someone amongst the members as her boyfriend. She feels uncomfortable to say the same. She gets emotional and says the same to Noel. He tells her that she is like a sister to him and she needn’t feel about how others think. She is offended when Abhijeet calls her 'sister' and says it to him. They even talk about it too. 

Avinash of Jabardasth fame enters the house with much pomp. He wakes up the members, makes them dance and gets dressed like a joker. He gets a hearty welcome from housemates who also play a prank on him. On his side, he too mingles with them quickly and loses a bet. Having lost the bet he entertains them in a woman dress.  

According to the next BB TV task, some housemates get divided into Team Kumar Sai and Team Avinash. Both the groups have to perform comedy skits while the rest of them will act as audience and evaluate their performances. They should also do various advertisements. 

Gangavva says her problems to Bigg Boss in the confession room. She says to him that she cannot carry on anymore in the Bigg Boss life. She gets emotional and frank when she says that she has overcome many hurdles in life but can’t stay locked up here in the house. Although Bigg Boss tries to assure her good health and promises that doctors will attend her she reemphasizes that she is not able to get accustomed to the atmosphere in the house.
