Bhagyashrii Borse and Arjun Rampal praise Mohanlal from Operation Ganga sets

Bhagyashrii Borse, who plays the female lead opposite Mohanlal in Operation Ganga, has shared a heartfelt message for the Malayalam superstar from the film's sets. Posting a picture with him on Instagram, she said being his co-actor feels like "a blessing" and that every day of the shoot lets her see cinema through his eyes. Her post carried the hashtag #AgentOnDuty, which reportedly hints that the film is a spy drama.

Arjun Rampal, who is also in the cast, posted his own pictures with Mohanlal and called it an honour and a privilege to share screen space with him. The team is in Georgia filming important sequences, and Rampal's hashtags pointed to Tbilisi. Fans of his Major Iqbal from Dhurandhar were quick to cheer the meeting with Mohanlal's famous Major Mahadevan, the role he has played in Keerthi Chakra, Kurukshetra, Kandahar and 1971: Beyond Borders.

According to reports, the film was known as L367 before it got its title and is directed by National Award winner Vishnu Mohan, best known for Meppadiyan. The name refers to India's mission to bring home citizens, thousands of students among them, who were stuck in Ukraine after the war with Russia began. The tagline reads "A Nation's Promise", and Parthiban and Adil Hussain also play key roles.

Telugu audiences will spot a familiar name behind the camera. Reports say cinematographer Miroslaw Kuba Brozek, who shot Pushpa 1 and Pushpa 2, is handling the visuals. Shashwat Sachdev is composing the music, while Sea Young Oh, known for Dhurandhar and Kill, is in charge of the action. Production designer Rajeevan, editor Shameer Mohammed and sound designer Bishwadeep Chatterjee complete the core crew.

Gokulam Gopalan is producing the film under the Sree Gokulam Movies banner, with Baiju Gopalan and V. C. Praveen as co-producers. For Borse, whose recent work includes Kingdom, Kaantha and Lenin, the project puts her opposite Mohanlal, whom she called truly gifted.
