Astounding Budget For Allu Arjun's Pushpa

Allu Arjun's Pushpa receives a whopping budget for the making of the film. Allu Arjun's recent success was with Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, which ended-up, as the greatest hit in his career. His upcoming movie Pushpa directed by Sukumar is believed to be an action thriller and has the backdrop of the ongoing sandalwood mafia in Seshachalam forests in the Chittoor district. For its sandalwood connection, most of the movie is shot in forests and outdoor locations. For a smuggling movie to give the natural sense of it to the audience, quite a good number of people are essential. The estimated budget for the movie is Rs 180 crores, which is a huge amount. 

Sukumar is charging Rs 25 crores, and Allu Arjun is charging Rs 40 crores as remuneration for the movie. Apart from the remuneration they also have a share in the profits of the movie. The movie also features top-rated actors and top technicians, which spiked the budget. It was planned to complete the project in 150 working days. These factors contributed to the increase of the budget to Rs 180 crores. Sukumar, who is known for reshoots, and improvisation of the script at the last minute, has contributed to increasing the budget beyond Rs.180 crore. So the moving is in the making with a whopping budget and will hit the screens on Sankranti in 2022.
