Anupam Kher Goes Nostalgic Shares His Portfolio Pic From 1981

Anupam Kher often accords impressive bits of nostalgia on social media, providing fans a look at his life. Walking down memory lane, this time, Anupam Kher shared a picture of his from his early times. The photograph is from his early days in Bollywood. It was when he had arrived in Mumbai in 1981, in the hope of becoming an actor. He had then submitted his pictures to a leading production house for a role. He narrated the story of the pictures to his fans.  

He remembers coming to Mumbai on June 3rd, 1981 to make it into the movies! He gave this portfolio film at the office of @rajshrifilms on the 15th June 1981 for considering him for any role in their films. At that time he had no place to stay, and so gave the address of the National School of Drama. He lauds that in his career of 40years he had four blockbuster films with the production house. His debut film #Saaransh (1984) #HumAapkeHaiKaun (1994) #Vivah (2006), and #PremRatanDhanPayo (2015)," are the four blockbusters he got from the production house. It was the production house, that sent him this pic, which the actor regards as a piece of memory and a token of love.
