'Anukoni Athidhi' By Sai Pallavi And Fahadh Faasil Has Premiered Today

Sai Pallavi and Fahadh Faasil's 'Aithiran' film's Telugu version, 'Anukoni Athidhi' has been released today on the Aha OTT platform. It meant to go for a theatrical release but due to obvious reasons the theatrical release couldn't happen and the film settled for an OTT release. The Telugu teaser and trailer of 'Anukoni Athidhi' has been released in the past weeks and it has gotten an impeccable critics' response to it. The story of this psycho-thriller movie revolves around a psychiatrist, Dr. Nair, who visits a mental asylum in a secluded area in Kerala. He comes across a hostile and vulnerable patient, Nithya, who is kept in the isolation ward for reasons the psychiatrist isn't aware of. Slowly as he uncovers her disturbing past, things start to get real dark. How will the psychiatrist deal with this fragile yet spine-chilling patient, forms the crux of the film.

Anukoni Athidhi stars Sai Pallavi and Fahadh Faasil as the lead characters, while Prakash Raj and Atul Kulkarni will be playing equally prominent supporting roles in this film. This film is directed by Vivek, and for further trivia, Anukoni Athidhi is the Telugu dubbing of the Malayalam version of this film titled Aithiran.
