Alia Bhatt Shares Monochrome Pictures On Instagram As She Starts Shooting For 'Darlings'

Even though Aia Bhatt had an unsuccessful run in the past with flop movies like Kalank and Sadak-2, she is ready to make a successful comeback with films such as Gangubai Kathiawadi, Brahmastra and RRR.

Alia Bhatt also stretched her wings and turned producer for her film Darlings. The movie will be co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment. This is her first production where she will also be a leading female with Shefali Shah. The movie will also star Vijay Varma and Roshan Mathew and has a debut director Jasmeet K Reen.

Alia Bhatt took to her Instagram account and shared the hush-hush from the first day of Darling's shoot. She shared three monochrome pictures and looked super casual.

She also penned an emotional caption: Take a look.

Darlings is set against the backdrop of a conservative lower-middle-class neighbourhood in Mumbai, is said to be a story of a mother-daughter pair who finds courage and love in exceptional situations. Alia, Shah Rukh and the rest of the team revealed the film's teaser, which ends with a "statutory warning", "Offending women can be hazardous for your health.
