RRR actor Ajay Devgn is also caught by the bug of web-series and he is starring ‘Rudra: The Edge of Darkness’ which is the official adaptation of BBC series ‘Luther.’ The trailer of the web-series is out and this is a crime drama.

Ajay plays DCP Rudra Veer Singh who is in search of serial killers who are very violent and intelligent at the same time. The crimes the killers commit are complex to deal with and Rudra steps in but it’s not an easy job for him. That one scene where a person is seen drinking blood represents the genre of this web-series.
‘Rudra’ also marks the debut of Tollywood beauty Raashii Khanna on the OTT platform and she is attempting a role that is packed with suspense as she flow glamour and romances with Ajay in the trailer.
‘Dhoom’ beauty Eesha Deol is also seen in the trailer and this marks her return. Actors Atul Kulkarni, Ashish Vidyarthi and Ashwini Kalsekar are part of the supporting cast.
Rajesh Mapuskar is directing ‘Rudra’ and it’s a six episode web-series that will be available in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam and Bengali languages. Disney Plus HotStar will be streaming ‘Rudra’ and the date of streaming is yet to be announced.
