To put it simply, the main reason why this film is receiving so much hate is that despite the staggering budget this film has shoddy to mediocre VFX that ruined the entire filming experience for the viewers. But after this major backlash news reports now started defending the VFX quality by claiming that it is needed to make this film feel more "authentic".
