Storyline

Despite his personal obstacles, a mentally challenged man takes on a drug smuggler. Chanti (Mammooty), a mentally challenged man, lands a job in a tea estate in Ooty along with his mother (Sowcar Janaki). Nandini (Vinodini) finds herself attracted to his innocent behaviour and falls in love with him. Meanwhile, the estate manager (Raghuvaran) is using the estate as a front for smuggling drugs. Can Chanti overcome his personal challenges to expose him?
