Vijay Kumar is the son of Raj Kumar Gupta, but he grows up with only his mother, Shanti. Long ago, Gupta chose a wealthy heiress over Shanti and left her behind. He has since risen to become a major force in the construction trade. After Shanti dies, Vijay heads to Delhi with a single purpose. He wants to make the man who abandoned his mother pay, by tearing apart his company and turning his family against one another.
Gupta's wealth and standing make him a hard target. As Vijay sets his plan in motion, the struggle also pulls in Gupta's other children, Shekhar and Kusum, who are Vijay's half-siblings.
