Minugurulu

A residential school for the blind near Vizag is in a disrepair condition due to caretaker (Ashish) who spends the govt funds on betting. Then comes a new resident Raju (Deepak) after losing his vision in an accident. He intimates about the situation to the authorities, Then he comes up with a plan to deal with this issue. What he does, and where he leads, forms the rest of the movie.
