Bhamane Satyabhamane

Madan (Kamal Hasan), falls in love with Janaki (Meena) and marries her against the wish of Janaki's father Viswanadha Sastry, a wealthy brahmin. Later, unable to cope up with a middle-class life, Janaki takes a divorce along with the custody of their daughter Bharathi. Madan comes across an ad for a nanny given by Viswanadha Sastry and decides to dress up as a woman to become Bharathi's nanny.
