A young medical student Rajesh (Sashikanth) is funded by farmers of his village and other neighbouring villages. He falls in love with Alekhya (Yana Sheik) daughter of a mafia king Anant Raj. Anant Raj traps Rajesh in a twin murder case. How Rajesh proves his innocence is the rest of the story.
