Jeevanandhan, called Jeeva, is a young man from a well-off family who plans to study for an MBA. One day he meets a girl named Mini in a bookshop, and he quickly falls for her. Mini is unsure at first about showing how she feels.
Mini lives with her mother and her brothers James, Thomas and Stephen, who guard her closely. When they learn about Jeeva, they are angry and beat him, and they warn him to keep away from her. Jeeva refuses to give up, and his own parents are unhappy about the situation too. With his friend Kesavan beside him, he must keep his love alive while both families stand against it.
