Srinivas, a director whose first hit was followed by a run of flops, is ready to quit films. A producer named Vishnu offers him a chance to make a horror comedy. Srinivas agrees, with Athreya and Arudra writing and his friend Ayaan as the hero.
The team goes to Ooty, where Vishnu offers an old bungalow as the set, and Ushanjali, who runs a small coffee shop, becomes the lead actress. But the house already has ghosts of its own, and the crew must hide the truth while they shoot. Meanwhile, ventriloquist Venkat Rao carries Geethanjali's spirit in a doll, and she wants him to find her sister.
