Years later, in 1982, his grown son Raju lives by very different values from his father. Raju works for Thakur Pratap Singh, a man with a dark past tied to the family. Raju and his wife Asha live in a country where love for the nation seems to be fading, and Dinanath stands almost alone in holding to it.
