Mayu and Vaiju are close friends in a girls college. When Mayu's aunt Attu plans to give her the family business and arrange her marriage, Vaiju invents a pilot named Mahesh Mukadam to buy them time. The lie seems harmless until Mayu begins getting calls from a man using that name.
Fearing someone plans to blackmail them, the two invite him to their hostel the night before the college's silver jubilee, where police officer Nisha Velankar is to be chief guest. Things go badly wrong that night, and the friends find themselves arrested and then on the run, trying to clear their names while a stranger follows them.
