Storyline

Detective Diwakar (Rishab Shetty) is a small-time constable by profession but a shrewd detective at heart. He spent his whole childhood watching James Bond themed films like Goa Dalli CID 999 and going through every detective novel possible, and fantasizes about becoming one himself. But tremendous trouble from his father Anappa (Achyut Kumar), who seizes him to become a local cop which makes him live a boring life. Within a short time, he unravels a murder conundrum, with ease. This incident makes him famous and he finally gets to work on the next significant robbery occurring in the police station in the region. This specific case, nonetheless, inaugurates a Pandora’s box and sucks out the authentic detective in him. While resolving the case, he also discovers true love in Kusuma (Haripriya), a moonshiner who sells liquor in the area. How Diwakar deals with all the idiosyncratic crooks to solve the case is certainly a spine-tickling tale seized in an oldfangled retro frame.
