A policeman faces a conflict of interest. Vamsi Krishna (Nagarjuna) is an undercover cop, following a dangerous criminal Raghuram (Murali Mohan). In the process, Vamsi falls in love with Raghuram's daughter Geetha (Amala). Geetha refuses to have anything to do with him when she finds out that he’s a cop. Can he nab the real criminal?
