'Yuvarathnaa' starring Puneeth Rajkumar and Sayesha Saigal is a Kannada movie which is going to get released in Telugu with the same title Santhosh Ananddram helmed this project. 

Four professional ghost hunters go to a house far away from the city to conduct a paranormal investigation to unveil the mystery of two missing sisters, Jessie and Amy. As they proceed, they notice unusual behavioural changes in the younger sister Amy. The group must now face unexpected revelations and their consequences.
