In a small village of Kerala, a buffalo escapes from a slaughterhouse. The villagers are on the chase to kill it. Will the buffalo survive or will the villagers kill it? 

Isaak Ibrahem puts in all his sweat and blood to direct his first movie, and it becomes India's official entry to the Oscars. The games and politics awaiting him there on aren't pretty.

Overall, Forensic is an investigative thriller that has a decent first half but things get bogged down in the second and crucial part. Mamta Mohan Das carries the film well for the most part but the been there done that kind of a feel in the last half hour spoils the mood of the audience.
