S Krishna is a popular cinematographer in sandalwood who is known for his breathtaking visuals. He is known for his best work in movies like 'Mungaru Male' etc. Born on 9th June 1975, S Krishna was brought up in Bangalore, Karnataka.  S Krishna marked his debut as a cinematographer with the 2002 released 'Romeo Juliet' movie. But he got his first breakthrough with Mungaru Male movie in 2006. The film was shot in 80% natural rain which is not cinematography friendly. Also, the movie was shot in a dangerous Rocky top of the Jog Falls. S Krishna who took up the job has delivered some mind-blowing visuals.  S Krishna married a well-known Kannada Television actress Swapna. The couple have three children and they reside in Bangalore.  S Krishna won Karnataka State Award for Best cinematography for Mungaru Male movie in 2006. In 2009, he won a Filmfare Award for 'Haage Summane' movie. Krishna also won a South Scope award in 2009.  After impressing the audience with his amazing skills as a cinematographer, S Krishna also marked his debut as a director with 'Gajakesari' movie which became a super hit and he also got nominated for the Filmfare. Later he held movies like 'Hebbuli' and 'Paaliwaan' which also received positive responses from the audience.  S Krishna also started bankrolling television series in 2015. He bankrolled 4 serials like 'Gruhalakshmi', 'Gangaa', 'Subbalakshmi Samsara', and 'Satya' under RRR Creations.
