Priya Prakash Varrier

Priya Prakash Varrier is an Indian actress who found fame in Malayalam cinema and has since worked in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Hindi films. Fans often know her simply as Priya. She is best known for Oru Adaar Love (2019), BRO (2023) and Good Bad Ugly (2025), a Tamil action comedy. Her role in Oru Adaar Love brought her a nomination for Best Female Debut in Malayalam at the South Indian International Movie Awards in 2020. Her big break came before Oru Adaar Love even reached theatres. A short clip of her winking in the film spread across the country, and in 2018 she became the person Indians searched for most. The film itself came out in 2019. She then acted in 3 Monkeys (2020), Check (2021), Ishq (2021) and 4 Years (2022). In 2023 she appeared in Kolla, Live, Vishnu Priya, BRO and Yaariyan 2. Her later work includes Mandakini (2024), along with Good Bad Ugly, Param Sundari, Sarvam Maya and Nilavuku En Mel Ennadi Kobam in 2025. In 2026 she acted in Gandharva and worked as a playback singer on Pallichattambi. Priya is still linked most closely with that one expressive moment on screen, which turned her into a well-known face all over India. Her roles across five languages show how widely she has worked as a performer.
