He made his acting debut with the Telugu film Dharma Kshetram in the year 1992. He is an Assistant writer to famous writers Paruchuri Brothers. He has worked in over 100 films. He started his work as an individual writer.He made his direction debut with the film Sravana Masam. He worked as a writer for many successful films like Rakshana, Alluda Mazaka, Thaali, Gokulam lo Seetha and many more. Posani’s most noted films as an actor are Temper, Dohchay, Naayak, Race Gurram, Julayi, Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum and many more.
