JD Chakravarthy who is known for his versatility as an actor came up with a crime thriller 'MMOF' this time. Directed by Yen. S. Cee, Akshatha Srinivas played the female lead in the film which got released on February 26th, 2021.

Four small-time conmen attempt to carry off a kidnap with hilarious results. Chakri, Raghu, Abbas and Goga plot a kidnap to make a quick buck. On further prodding, Sindhu's sister, Mahi(Maheshwari) and her boyfriend Narsing (JD Chakravarthy) figures out the house is haunted. Will the family manage to escape or not is the story of Deyyam.

Set against the backdrop of human trafficking in Dubai, Gulabi is an action-packed intense love story of Chandu (JD Chakravarthy) and Pooja (Maheshwari). The story is inspired by real-life incidents.

Money Money is a sequel to the super hit movie Money in which Allaudin (Kota Srinivasa Rao) finds a way to trap Chakri (JD Chakravarthy) through Sudha (Surabhi) to take control of Vijaya's (Jayasudha) property.

Money is the story about two unemployed youth (JD Chakravarthy and Chinna) who kidnap their wealthy neighbour (Jayasudha) for ransom and eventually find out that her husband Subba Rao (Paresh Rawal) wants to kill her for the property. How they rescue her from his plans forms the rest of the story.
