Adirindayyaa chandram is 2005 Telugu comedy family starring Shivaji, Laya, Sangeetha, Madhu Sharma, Brahmanandam, Ali, Mallikarjuna Rao, Venu Madhav, A V S Subramanyam, M S Narayana. Chandram and Rajyam are happily married for seven years with a kid. When Rajyam is away Chandram gets attracted to a model who lives next door. What happens when Rajyam finds out about this attraction is the crux of the film.

The film opens when Madhumati or "Madhu" (Bhoomika Chawla) and Siddartha Roy or "Siddhu" (Pawan Kalyan) are born. Madhu's family is based in Konaseema in Andhra Pradesh and Sidhu's family is from Kolkota (he has a Telugu father and Bengali mother). As babies, Madhu and Siddhu meet in a shopping complex. Madhu and her father love each other dearly. Madhu's father wants her to marry so that the son-in-law can stay with them and his daughter will not leave her.

Brimming with emotion and sentiment, this family-oriented love story follows the trials and triumphs in the life of a young man, whose family has been cursed to lose a male heir, every 48 years.
