Vikram Jaisingh, a 32 years old police officer working for the Homicide Intervention Team (HIT) of Rajasthan is battling with his own traumatic past. When an 18 year old girl called Preethi goes mysteriously missing on the ring road of Jaipur, Vikram realises that the case has a personal connection, chaos unfolds and he has no other option but to step in and find the girl.

Paagal is a romantic comedy film. The film is directed by Naresh Kuppili, presented by Dil Raju and produced by Bekkem Venugopal under the banner of Lucky Media. Vishwak Sen plays the lead role, along with Simran Choudary and Nivetha Pethuraj. Vishwak Sen is called Prem in the film. As the name says, he is after every girl in the town proposing.

Vikram works in the HIT department at CID. He works on a case of a missing girl, Preeti. How he finds out what's responsible for the kidnap and murder is the story.
