Tuck Jagadish is inspired by Mani Ratnam’s 1988 action movie Gharshana, which revolved around sibling struggle. It revolves around a family feud between two siblings. The elder brother, played by Jagapathi Babu, is willing to break the family and Jagadish, played by Nani, protects the family at any cost. And you wonder why Jagadish Naidu is called ‘Tuck’ Jagadish? Like his family, he is also insistent on protecting the spirituality of his tucked-in shirt. The film also stars Ritu Varma, Aishwarya Rajesh, Thiruveer, Vaishnavi Chaitanya, Devadarshini and Daniel Balaji.

Ramanarayana (Nassar) is a respected astrologer of Draksharama village. Whatever he says happens and people strongly believe in his predictions.

Katamarayudu, a violent man hates to love. His brother plans to get Katamarayudu married to Avantika. And finally Katamarayudu and Avantika fall in love. But when she gets to know about his violent way of dealing, she starts hating him. tries to redeem himself to impress the love of his life until he gets pushed into a situation that forces him to act.

Chandu (Ram) plans to help his friend by stopping the forced wedding of his girlfriend. But in a case of mistaken identity, he brings the bride Pooja (Genelia) from a different wedding. Pooja while being happy about skipping an unwanted wedding, demands Chandu for protecting her from both her uncles who want to get her married to their sons for her property.
