Three men are murdered by a killer who teases the police department with his flawless crimes. ADGP Mathew Manjooran is called in on his last day to investigate the case. When three more men are killed in the same way, Manjooran is pulled into a deadly game of cat-and-mouse.

Arjun (Naga Chaitanya) and his parents Rao Ramesh & Revathi are leading a very happy family and simple life. The twist in the story arises when the parents of Arjun witness a murder planned by a feared criminal named Nayak(Srikanth). Things get worse when Nayak lays down a counter attack and brutally kills them. How Arjun handles his family and takes vengeance is the rest of the tale.

National Award Winning director Satish Kasetty has directed this investigative thriller. Srikanth has played the role of a cop torn between personal and professional issues perfectly. He has a supporting wife and a father who misunderstands him. Terror breaks a lot of stereotypes in Telugu and stands out as a film that sticks to it's genre. It doesn't bore you despite having a serious story.

A police inspector and a teacher exchange their roles in a bid to understand each other's duties and responsibilities.
