When the daughter of Commissioner of Police Anandraj (Prakash Raj) gets kidnapped, he calls in DCP Raghavan (Kamal Haasan) to investigate. As Ragavan investigates deeper, he finds out a shocking truth that the kidnaps happening all around the city are actually a part of serial psycho killings. To his dismay, he finds these killings expanding out of the country and with a connection to his past.
