Devi Sri Prasad is the story of three close friends Devi (Bhupal Raju) Sri(Dhanraj) and Prasad (Manoj Nandam). A major car accident of a reputed heroine Leela (Pooja Ramachandran) leads to a drastic change in their lives. Who is this Leela? What is her story? What change does she bring in their lives?

Jai , Nandu and Bhupal are three close friends who have different goals in life. One fine day, they get stuck in a serious problem and need huge money to come out of it. Left with no choice, they decide to kidnap superstar and demand money from his family. Will the trio succeed in kidnapping the superstar ? What are the problems they face during this process ? That forms the rest of the story.
